The Continental 416 is a highly productive automatic saw. The machine can cut logs up to 40 cm with its powerful hydraulic chainsaw. The splitting force is 16 tonnes. The splitting process is triggered by a short pulse on the control, there is no need to hold it down. After splitting, it automatically returns to the starting position. The controls are hydraulically operated. The Continental 416 has an oversized oil tank, oil cooler and several compartments for storing tools or spare chains etc. The Continental 416 is also suitable for the use of a feeder table with hydraulic conveyor belt and hydraulic connections.
